Introducing conceptual perspectives for agricultural development.
(Policies in the short, medium and long term understood to the gradual recognition of the healthy growth of communities)

Because the phenomena of motion presented by rural communities to urban has caused an excessive concentration in the cities that degenerates the quality of life in people.

A translation of this problem can yield different causes side effects that lead to both types of concentrations and yield consequences from economic to cultural and social levels.
In Mexico income levels in agricultural families are highly low, 34.5 million people living in the countryside:

-12.5 Not receive 1 minimum wage per day (minimum unit of measurement equivalent to $ 5)
-8.5 Receive up to 1 minimum wage
-9.1 Receive 1-2 minimum wages
-2.7 Receives 2-5 minimum wages
1.7 gets 5 or more minimum wages.
(data obtained from INEGI 2010)

This causes among other factors evident symptoms of underdevelopment and neglect of primary economic activities as well as percentages of up to 40% migration by rural communities.

Approximately 30% of Mexico's population has no access to the basic food basket.

What are the symptoms that indicate the true focal point to create a development plan more healthy and sustainable future for the forms of human organization?

What problems demand immediate response from economic to cultural?

The current project aims to contribute to the accelerated industrial, economic and productive processes that govern the urban and social development as a showcase to new economic, technological and political trends that allow evoke a perspective of greater opportunity for these disaffected sectors of society and the economic system in Mexico.

Three guiding principles of the project through a series of agricultural, economic and urban policies fail to provide opportunities for the rural sector in the state of Michoacan are proposed.
Each of these 3 (each proposed action in a range of 3-7 years) axes seeks from policies, generate individual strategies work to create a virtual center linking the peasant from his first lines of social production to the system of public macroeconomics, regulated and organized

This project, from conceptual presented as a possible scenario of an organization among rural communities and members of the political social and governmental organization, seeks to present an alternative architecture in addition to playing as a trigger of the proposed gene comes rather as a model nodal or urban prototype for future interventions in rural communities.
It seeks to address the rchitecture and urbanism from mechanisms that tend to preventive before curative

Migration affect the growth and distribution of the population, either by decreasing the amount of the population of a territory, in the case of migrants who leave their place, increasing, as with immigrants who come to live in a country or teritorio. The flow of people from rural to urban entities creates imbalances that result in any adverse conditions. There are different types of migratory movements, depending on the motivations that people have to change residence. In the case of rural-urban migration, people moving to live in the countryside to the city with alarming frequency and unjustified. Sometimes trying to international migration, refugees are people who must leave their country, this is the case the state of Michoacan, which has one of the highest in Latin indices migration and causes the abandonment of the primary economic activities, mainly in the field.

It is intended that the project work as a trigger for urban agricultural area in Michoacan, reaching to active duty on 4 major communities and promoting horizontal cooperation of its inhabitants.
The study focuses on urban communities Numarán, Zináparo, The palm and triumph; scattered among all the great Cienega de las Flores and the great Tanhuato Cienega.

The project involves a scale of peasant organization that addresses the issue of collective presentation to macroeconomic models of agricultural production. From the three points outlined in the presentation input (first impact, regeneration and self-government) solutions that are based on a series of organizational policies to derive an architectural proposal arise.
Within this framework the perspective of organization consists of 3 components that can offer service center; investigation, linking and teaching.

Also proposed is a system of internal organization that allows the beneficiaries, so more parallel and direct, integrated into the current model of economic and productive system field, seeking the elimination of intermediaries and a more balanced and competitive development proposal by supports education and outreach to the current farmer.

Due to the sustainable character of the project and the context of location thereof arise like the earth, slime nopal, bricks and wall rubbleworks for creating this material, as explained in the pictures, will be reused for the projection of Banquet center.
The calculation of cubic meters of excavation made for the area of squares and exhibition sheds reusability of these materials for the construction of 100 new houses for the beneficiaries of the center, thus the center through its open spaces generates a collection network rain and wind and solar energies that help new maintenance; development nodes within the beneficiary communities

(Uses renewable and clean technologies, many new relationship built houses from the equivalent of the excavation squares of each of the buildings)

It aims to create dynamic spaces of rural recognition for transforming the center into a dynamic building that achieves their virtues adapt design to the physical characteristics of the terrain and weather.
Thus it is able to create networks that connect to neighboring communities and compose systems achieve energetic recycling.
The squares composed for open forums exhibition of products and services for users of the center, which, at certain points has the flexibility to accommodate spaces for grain markets and fairs in the dry season, during the rainy season can function as wetland bodies collect, purify and distribute water to the nodes of housing proposed.
